Sparkly pear shaped faceted color change Alexandrite quartz and lavender freshwater pearls wrapped in sterling wire ( or your choice of metal) dangle from a sterling french hook earwire. These stones change colors in different lighting to all different shades of purple, even a little blue, red or green occasionally. The Alexandrite quartz stone size is about 14 mm high x 10 mm wide so it has a nice presence to it but it's light enough for everyone to wear. The total length of the earring is about 1.75”.
